Małgorzata Pomaska

CPA pol. No 10074 - member of the Polish Chamber of Certified Auditors (since 2003).

She has over 20 years of experience in auditing and reviewing financial statements prepared according to Polish and international accounting standards, as well as consolidation packages prepared according to group accounting principles. She also has experience in consulting projects in the field of accounting as well as in conducting audits of projects co-financed by the European Union.

She has conducted many statutory audits of financial statements, due diligence reviews, participated in the preparation of issue prospectuses, created the assumptions of internal accounting policy and accounting procedures.

She has extensive experience in auditing financial statements in industries such as retail and wholesale trade, IT industry, services, production, publishing, construction and real estate. She also conducts audits of financial statements of foundations and associations.

Grzegorz Małkowski

Graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk (1999)

CPA pol. No 10489 – member of the Polish Chamber of Certified Auditors (since 2004)

Member of the Management Board / Partner at PBR AUDIT Biegli Rewidenci Sp. z o.o. (since 2008)

He gained experience working in an entity providing accounting services, in the auditing firm Verto-Audit Sp. z o.o. as well as in the financial departments of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

He has many years of experience in auditing financial statements, consolidation packages prepared according to group accounting principles, as well as providing related services, due diligence. He has experience in industries such as retail and wholesale trade, services, production, health care, IT, construction, finance and development.
